Foods that deplete life force.
Here is a list to get you started but a lot of this is just
plain common sense please avoid these foods, even when you
health is excellent. You should see and feel the (chi) life
force of what you will be eating! Compare rows of fresh vegetables
to rows of packaged home dinners or cans.
During consultations you
will also receive specific advice for you, that advice will
supercede what is listed here but is not exclusive. The below
list is a very good place to start
- All forms of Sugar, <> Use Raw Natural Honey as
a sweetener find in many heath food stores has to be raw/unheated
- Artificial sweeteners
- All vegetable oils apart from Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil
/Sesame and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- All Types of Sodas
- Any processed foods,
- Foods with preservatives, dyes, hormones, GMO's
- Foods in packets, cans, freezers
- White flour any refined flours
- Table Salt (Use Quality Sea Salt. This is an excellent

- All Soy products (apart from traditionaly fermented ones)
- Limit coffee use, eliminate if health is bad use natural
teas and fresh water instead
- All pasteurized dairy foods If you love dairy foods find
a raw dairy supplier
- Avoid all baked/toasted flour products bread is best taken
with soup and in the evening.
- Avoid cooking with microwaves. Use wood burning stoves
or gas as a first choice electricity as a 2nd.
