Pressed Flax Seed Oil
DO NOT HEAT these oils, also store away from direct sunlight
When first healing its very good to avoid eating out. Most
restaurants reuse cooking oil and cook at extremely high temperatures;
this results in oxidation of the oil. This type of oil is
not supportive of health. Even in good health eating out should
be limited to twice or three times a week, unless you know
the cook :-)
